Abstract
Rare tumours represent one-fifth of all malignant tumours. However, as many as half of all patients die after being diagnosed with rare malignant tumour.
The book aims to outline the issues of rare tumours in adults. The purpouse of this monograph is to provide help in the diagnosis and treatment of rare malignancies.
Individual chapter are structured similarly, with intention to provide a basic overview of the epidemiology, pathology, diagnosis, clinical symptoms, treatment and prognosis.
