The book is a continuation of three monographs on risky behaviour prevention at school; it is focused on quality and effectiveness as parts of the interdisciplinary and interdepartmental prevention system built and developed for 15 years. In the introduction, the authors present the basic framework and context in which the topics of quality and effectiveness in prevention in the Czech Republic are elaborated.
The entire book emphasizes precisely the continuity of development of the whole system, and the fact that quality and effectiveness are connected to the field of interventions, professionals and their education, as well as practical aspects of evaluation.
