Abstract
This book is one of the most crutial expressions of the 19th century in the Czech republic. It links a significant number of expectable connotations, it reflects a ground-breaking period of a beginning and a constructing of an artist's and a critic's status, and it takes a part in establishing autonomy of a painting.
