Abstract
Frederik Velinský recorded an interview with PhDr. et Mgr Eva Novotná, the director of Map Collection of Faculty of Science on the occasion of 150th birth of prof. V. Švambera.
This great geographer and hydrologist helped to foundation of the Institute of Geography at the University, and was one of the initiators of the construction of buildings for natural sciences at Albertov.
