In the last twenty years have seen significant advances in the treatment of colorectal cancer. FOLFOX (5-FU, leucovorin, oxaliplatin), FOLFIRI (5-FU, leucovorin, irinotecan) XELOX (capecitabine, oxaliplatin) and FOLFIRINOX (5-FU, leucovorin, irinotecan, oxaliplatin) in clinical treatment standard.
