Abstract

Body composition is one of the indicators of the current complex lifestyle of the individual. Using the newer methods of determining the parameters of body composition, particularly fat free mass FFM and their alloys ECM - extracellular mass and BCM intracellular mass, we can successfully assess not only the conditions for the exercise load, but also the effectiveness of the exercise intervention.

Successful regime measures leading to weight reduction of obesity or overweight based on ongoing assessment of body composition intervened persons. The study shows the possibility of using the body composition evaluation of health status and lifestyle.
