Abstract

Integrated electromyography (IEMG) is the most common method of local muscle load measuring. This method is in practice primarily intended for assessment of expended muscular forces in % of Fmax values (Fmax = maximal muscular force) of flexors and extensors of upper extremity (hand and forearm).

Basic task was to assess the influence of Fmax% values by working position. The significance of the conclusions of this task is important for the interpretation of local muscular load measurement results during the investigation of certain occupational diseases.
