Abstract
The patent application describes macromolecular conjugates for selective interaction with proteins. The conjugates consist of a synthetic copolymer, which is decorated with low-molecular-weight compounds, including targeting ligand, affinity anchor and imaging probe.
The macromolecular conjugate is suitable especially for identification, visualization, quantification and isolation of proteins and/or cells.
