Determination of Biologically Active Organic Compounds by Differential Pulse Voltammetry and Spectrophotometric Methods

Publication at Faculty of Science |
2015

Abstract

The utilization of a combination of fast-scan electrochemical detection on a glassy carbon working electrode and flow injection analysis allows a rapid evaluation of biologically active organic compounds based on their oxidation. This approach combines the high sample throughput of flow methods with information gain of voltammetry.

Limits of quantification in micromolar quantities of analytes were reached with newly developed methods.
