Language of Totalitarianism and of Today: How it Reflects Reality and Influences Human Consciousness

Abstract

The study describes from a comparative perspective the language of the period of the Communist Totality and the post-totalitarian period, i.e. today's language, with emphasis on lexical differences. The study is based on extensive corpus data.
