The emergence of new minorities in Austria and current issues concerning their legal protection

Abstrakt

Austria has become a country of immigration. The situation of new immigrant minorities is a very important issue in Austria.

In this article we deal with the legal status of immigrant minorities. We highlight some crucial issues which have been debated very recently and focus on the status of the Muslim minority in Austria.
