Abstract
The publication's analysis of texts and comics stories of Jaroslav Foglar. His novels have been enriching in the wider context of popular literature and genre of adventure novels.
Follows the genesis of key themes and topics Foglar's novels (the problem of ethics, view the world of children and the adult world, creating an ethical formula, the cult of the body and youth), analyzes the fictional space landscapes and cities with regard to the archetypal representation of paradise and labyrinth (specificity of urban spaces and spaces open landscape with respect to their symbolic and metaphorical content). Special attention book describes the way in which Foglar shows his characters and their psychological delineation.
The publication also maps the critical reception Foglarova work with respect to the ideological background of the fifties and sixties of the 20th century.
