Abstract

The article deals with psychological and personnel aspects of age management - management of employees' age structure in organizations. It focuses on aspects of age management approaches at the level of indviduals regarding ageing and higher age in relation to work and at the level of organizations and work groups or teams.

Attention is furthermore paid to summarizing aims of age management from these approaches' point of view and important topics for its future.
