Abstrakt
The surveillance of congenital anomalies in the Czech Republic has a long tradition. The official country-wide registration started in 1964 and the Czech (Czechoslovak) Registry was one of the founding members of the ICBDMS Clearinghouse in 1974.
The data collection on prenatal diagnosis officially started in 1985.
