Abstract

The article deals with the phenomenon of war in the works of Ladislav Fuks Mr. Theodor Mundstock, The Cremator and Journey to the Promised Lad in the context of the philosophical and politological thought of Giorgio Agamben, esp. his notions state of exception and homo sacer.
