Changes of legal regulation of the enforcement and execution according to the legislative amendments

Abstract

The autor in the article analyses the new legislation of enforcement (Laws no 13/2015 Coll. and 164/2015 Coll.) He focuses on the situation in the case of joint property of spouses and cases where it is affected by the property of both spouses, or only one of them. Furthermore, he discusses possible ways of execution.

He emphasizes that in addition to the procedural rules at issue needed to see especially its substantive rules.
