Abstract
The author of the article describes the same places, as wel as differences, which are manifested in the application of Act no 182/2006 Coll., on the bankruptcy and the ways of its solution (Insolvency Act), as amended, as the procedural standards in comparison with the rules of the Law no 99/1963 Coll. Civil Procedure Code, as amended.
The author concludes that the frequent amendment of the two acts are mainly concentrating on the judicial practice. Advocates that the different legal standards were so attuned to current problems might not be solved by interpretation.
