Abstract
The chapter contains a concise biography including further documentary material about Czech biologist and philosopher Emanuel Rádl (1873-1942) and his disciple and follower Jaroslav Šimsa (1900-1945), and extensive authorized interviews with Jan Šimsa, Milena Šimsová and Martin Šimsa. It is supplemented by an audiovisual documentary on DVD.
