This study examines the life and thought of the distinguished German theologian Dietrich Bonhoeffer and discusses the three stages of his life. The first is called Bonhoeffer-theologian (1906-1931), the second Christian (1932-1939) and the third Bonhoeffer contemporary.
Theological and ethical dilemma: Obedience or Resistance against the government and the official ecclesiastical authorities solved since the start of National Socialism in Germany (1933) over a period of work in the Confessing Church (1935-1938), working in intelligence service Abwehr and finishes by the arrest and execution with other opposition workers on April 9, 1945 in Flossenburg in Germany.
