Abstract
In this particular text current views and recommendations on pediatric gastroesophageal reflux in clinical practice guidlines are summarized. Management guidlines for the pediatrician in clinical practice are based on qualified joint recommendations of pediatric gastroenterologist, pneumologist, othorhinolarnygologist, neonatologist and surgeon.
