Abstrakt
This paper deals with intrastate regulation of using minority language by members of national minority in relation to state authorities and of using multilingual designations in Republic of Poland. Author occupy himself with legal regulation bilingual topographical indications in first section.
In second section author focuses on use of mother language in court proceedings and in administrative proceedings. In last section author assesses Polish regulation of these two national minority rights.
