Abstract
The authors describe using analgosedation with mixture of nitrous oxide and oxygen for dental treatment of anxious children. Nitrous oxide has anxiolytic and sedative effects combined with varying degree of analgesia and muscular relaxation.
Authors present indications of nitrous oxide analgosedation, contraindications, mode of applications, side effects and safety for the staff.
