Abstract
Modern cardiology is proud that it has the character of evidence-based medicine. Nevertheless, one can find a number of areas where, despite the lack of evidence, or even despite negative results, Jem continues growing in the use of drugs or methods rather because we are not able to use them or refuse to believe that the existing evidence does not pay for our sick.
These topics are therefore somebody I locked the room from which it might never have the key.
