The paper explores the ministry of the Nigerian-initiated Pentecostal/charismatic church ""The Mountain of Fire & Miracles Ministries"" (MFM) in Prague. It will pursue an answer to the question, How, if at all, does the African Pentecostalism of this church translate into the local environment? On this particular case study, the paper will test a thesis which claims that Nigerian-initiated Pentecostal/charismatic churches in Europe, while coming in for success among Nigerian immigrants, fail to appeal to the population of non-Nigerian and non-Pentecostal/charismatic backgrounds.
