Vaclav Novotný (1869-1932). Life and work of university professor of the Bohemian history

Abstract

The paper deals with the biography of Czech history professor of the Bohemian history at Charles University Vaclav Novotný, who was also the authors of compendia of older Czech history and brought a number of prominent Czechoslovak historians inter-war and after-war generation.
