Abstract
The methodology concentrates on the question of the rights of members of minorities and foreigners and the possibilities of their enforcement in two fields, which are important for the practical life. It describes which rights the members of minorities and foreigners (therefore the prospective members of minorities) have within the fields of administrative and labour law.
