The Gruber's Attempt to Codify Labour Law in Early 20ties of Previous Century

Abstract

This contribution deals with the first (but not last) attempt to reform, restructure and, finally, codify a number of Czech and Slovak special laws regulating dependent work. This ambitious legislative initiative was proclaimed by Josef Gruber, an ordinary professor at the Charles University in Prague, Faculty of Law not later than at the beginning of 20ties of the previous Century.
