Abstract
The paper deals with the influences that formed the ecclesiological concepts of the Czechoslovak Hussite Church. Special attention is paid to the First Republic doctrines of the Church in which is reflected an extraordinary activism of the church members.
Subsequently, paper describes the influence of the totalitarian regime on ecclesiology of the Church. The final part of the paper deals with the finding of the contemporary understanding of the church which is on the one hand influenced by the older ecclesiological forms and on the other by the secular post-industrial society.
