Inventing Rituals to Commemorate Jan Hus Between 1865 and 1965

Abstrakt

Although Jan Hus was never erased from the historical memory of Bohemia, ror the public commemorations of Jan Hus in 1860s new rituals had to be designed. Religious models provided inspiration, also in later occasions of 1915 and 1965.
