Abstract
The International Convention which is part of the legal order of the Czech Republic (Convention on Human Rights and Biomedicine, Art. 21) that the human body and its parts were a source of financial gain. It can be inferred that the purpose of the legislation (whether the law on specific health services, human tissues and cells of the Criminal Code) is that human body parts, one can not "to" do what it wants ''.
