Survival rate of Hodgkin lymphoma in children is above 90 %. These patients are threatened by burden of oncologic treatment late effects development.
The most serious late effects are secondary malignancies, heart and lungs affection and fertility issues. We present a case report of young patient after Hodgkin lymphoma treatment (aged 11 years) with premature (age 32 years) manifestation of coronary artery disease during exercise test.
To our knowledge and in the view of published papers routine exercise testing and motivation to life style modification) in these patients is appropriate.
