Abstract
The monography is concerned with the territory of state and related international legal issues. The term "territory of state" indeed raises a vast list of topics that may be discussed and many of them actually were during work on this project, e.g. jurisdiction of states over their territory as well as their responsibility for acts occurring out of their control, responsibility of international organizations for administration of certain territories etc.
