Abstract
Protection against failure to act is not only an issue at national level. Since the number of administrative proceedings in the EU has been increasing, it is important to focus also on legal instruments of individuals against failure to act of EU institutions.
Although the European union is an international organization, it is clear that the protection against failure to act of EU institutions is comparable to protection of an individual at national level.
