Trick for endoloop positioning before polypectomy by using a double-channel gastroscope

Abstract

An endoloop placed through the left channel of the gastroscope. The snare is inserted through the right channel, grasping the head of the polyp and allowing the endoloop to be deployed at the base of the polyp stalk.
