Abstract
Uterine myomas are the most common tumors of the female reproductive system (reproductive age prevalence of 20-40%). The issue of fibroids in pregnancy is a special chapter of this pathology and includes both infertility, habitual abortion, complications during pregnancy or during the actual childbirth and the postpartum period.
The number of women who undergo myomectomy preconception is growing and still unresolved issue rate risks for subsequent pregnancies.
