Abstract
Caesarean section is the most common major obstetric operations. In developed countries reaches its rate a quarter to a third of all births, the trend is steadily upward.
In an effort to halt this negative development and eventual reduction of its presence is necessary to focus on the results of our regular analysis and provide its detailed audit. The most important thing is to analyze the most frequent indication for this operation, which may have a negative effect on fertility women.
For this purpose is used worldwide number of classifications. The most used and most cited is the classification of ten groups including caesareans according to Robson.
