Abstract
Implementation of targeted biologic therapy in all phases of breast cancer treatment has lead not only to improvement of prognosis in patients undergoing curative therapy but also to prolongation of survival in patients suffering from generalized disease. Ever increasing amount of results from clinical trials is associated with continuous development of targeted therapy indications.
The aim of this article is to summarize the current options offered by targeted treatment of breast cancer.
