Chinese Clientele Specifics in Hospitality and Tourism Industry in Czech Tourism

Abstract

The segment of foreign tourists is remarkably changing in the incoming tourism in the Czech Republic in last two years. The number of Russian tourists is decreasing contrary the number of Chinese tourists is rapidly increasing.

These tourists are exploring the Czech Republic. Unfortunately, the Chinese culture and its specifics are big unknown for Czech employees working in the hospitality and tourism industry.

We have written the publication - manual on AHR request (AHR-01/2016/VSH). In this publication, we introduce basic characteristics of Chinese culture which influence Chinese tourists requests in hospitality and tourism industry.

This article is based on the project which we mentioned above. We introduce the basic characteristics of Chinese culture to help the employees in the hospitality and tourism industry to acquit in it.
