Morice Lussner and Antonin Maloch Cooperation and Their Reconnaissance of Parez Castle Ruins

Abstract

Morice Lussner (1813-1891) and Antonin Maloch (1823-1880) were two admirers of the Czech history and the historic buildings. They were cooperating together a year and a half only.

They worked in Jicin (Czech town) both, were discussing and went to the trips to Jicin surrounding to the historical buildings together. The paper describes their expert and friend contacts and it includes the Lussner's records of the joint trips to Parez Castle in full-text.

Lussner's description of the second castle ruins visit from 25th April 1869 includes drawings and quotations of the historical sources editions.
