The second part of this article extends the theme of flexible blades "Aerobar" about using of two blades at the same time. This is a significant change of the muscular load.
Compared to exercise with one blade using of two blades together significantly expands the load about the shoulder girdle muscles. Movements of the arms are carried out in a defined direction at a very small range, and the muscles of the shoulder girdle are loaded in relatively isometric mode within the meaning stimulation of the muscle endurance.
This leads to the firming of the height axis of the body, respectively to activation of the muscles deep stabilisation system in the greater dynamics than when using one blade. Exercise with two blades is significantly more difficult both in terms of effort, and in terms of coordination, the ability to harmonise the movement of both blades.
