Abstract
In the coming year will be 120th anniversary of one of the many projects in the history of Prague, which was created and then quietly disappeared into the dustbin of history. This project, however, differs from the others - although it was never implemented and did not get beyond the stage of preliminary plans and proposals, it influenced the thinking of water technicians in the interwar period, so much so that on that basis city of Prague based the entire project of future water supply to the city.
This project was the idea of waterwork on the place of today's Štechovice.
