Abstract
Author prezents the state-of-art on small cell lung cancer. There are refered prognostic factors diagnostic procedures and recommended therapeutic modalities.
Back bone of treatment is combined chemotherapy and radiotherapy especially concomitant chemoradiotherapy in limited stages of disease and prophylactic brain in radiation in responding patients.
