The financial Arbitrator's assistance to complainants

Abstract

The article describes special procedural obligations of the Financial Arbitrator to the complainants, as one of the parties in the proceedings before the Financial Arbitrator. The Financial arbitrator, as an out-of-court dispute resolution body on the financial market, has a duty to provide consumer with the assistance during the proceedings, which in terms of volume and content of the obligation exceeds the extent of procedural advice given by courts.

The article analyzes this obligation with regard to constitutional principles of fair trial.
