International legal and economic status of foreigners in the Czech Republic and selected EU countries from demographic perspectives

Abstrakt
The chapter deals with international legal and economic status of foreign nationals in the Czech Republic and chosen EU countries with a view to changing demographics. Legal position of a foreigner, recognized refugee or stateless person is specified, international regulation implementations into Czech and selected EU countries' legislation being discussed.
The paper also reports an increase in the number of economically active foreigners residing in the Czech Republic.
