Abstract
The article is describing a reference implementation of an open standard of electronic communication in Czech healthcare called "eZpráva". The implementation is compatible with widely use data standard in Czech - DASTA.
It also supports the qualified electronic signature use in context of the contemporary EU legislative framework. The text deals in detail with the application settings and use cases from daily practice.
It shows the elegance and universal usage of described solution.
