Instructions regarding the management of company's business according to s 51(2) of the Business Corporations Act

Abstract

The purpose of this lecture was to inform participants of the conference with the current interpretative issues of s 81(1) of the Business Corporations Act. The contribution focused particularly on the issue, who may instruct the dependant company regarding the management of company's business and to which body of the dependant company shall the instructions be addressed.
