Closing conference of the program Prvouk P19 Interdisciplinary Social Sciences, title: Interdisciplinarity and the social use: the interim balance
Abstract
The conference was held to complete the four years term of the science program 19 "Interdisciplinary Social Sciences" and provides an overview of the range of research activities that have been carried out within the program. The contributions deal with topics from the field of social innovation, management of organizations, civil society and gender issues.
The contributions are based on the approaches and findings of the various social sciences or humanities and mostly are of applied nature. The basic objectives of the conference were: 1) to acquaint the participants with the cross-section of scientific achievements of the members of the program P19 and 2) to prepare the groundwork for further cooperation on common themes in the following program Progres.
