Abstract
Donation, purchase and exchange are ancient legal institutions, which develop and evolve in time and place. Gift and purchase agreement are fundamental institution of private life.
Regarding the donation, raised issues (theoretical and practical) associated not only with new modalities of donation agreement, but also with a new provision on gift autonomy, respectively. defining its contours in special situations, whether it's a donation for the benefit of medical facilities and social institutions or donation of persons with limited legal capacity.
