Abstract

Publication deals with transformations of administrative law. The authors pay attention to the evolution of administrative state and judicial control over administrative action.

Administrative law is examined in a comparative perspective with emphasis on the challenges associated with internationalization and globalization of public administration. The treatise points out most current theoretical issues arising from the feature of transterritorial administrative action on different levels of vertical, horizontal and coordinated relations.

The interest is also devoted to the outlook on transnational regulation at the crossroads of administrative and international law.
