Abstract
This article deals with the fiscal policy and the adopted fiscal measures in response to the global financial crisis. The main aim of the article is to describe the practical functioning of the individual fiscal measures at EU level and their impact on the Member States' budgets.
The second part of the article describes the fiscal measures at the Czech Republic level.
